bandung trip

salam allz

on 10th june till 14th june me n hub went to bandung

some sort of honeymoon

but not planning to hv bby very soon

its more like spending time together

just the two of us

+ shopping

we depart from lcct on 10th june

arrive at bandung around 4.00pm

straight away check in hotel

(we stay at hotel unik at jln kebun kawung)

(kartika sari is just around the corner)

arrival at bandara hussein sastranegara bandung

we took shower

n start our journey

first thing first

looking for bandung map

we bought it at istana plaza

then we walk our way till jln dago

n end up eating at semariang restaurant(if im not mistaken)

then took a cab to hotel since its too late

n we dont want to take the risk of pick pocket at nite

and luckily we manage to hv a quite nice driver taxi

he offered to bring us to tangkuban perahu n strawberry picking the very next day

with the cost of 500rupiah

me n hubs ok with that since the place is not accessible if we walk

have to have a transport then

on 11th june..we start the day after taking lite bfast at the hotel

we straight away go to tangkuban perahu

love the scenery but hate the salesman

they follow us everyway

spoilt my mood

then we went for stroberi picking

me n hub laughing over it coz we never care to pick a strawberry in msia

then pak mamat (driver taxi) bring us to restoran daun for lunch

really nice place n calming

then we ask him to bring us to rumah mode

i just bought a blouse, shirt n blouse for HH

im not really into shopping at the factory outlet

since i think i can get better here in KL

then went to Trans Studio Bandung

n Jalan Naripan

where i found the NY Liem bakery shop

n im really satisfied with the day though have to add another 250rupiah for taxi fare

we spend both days at pasar baru

both nite we went eating western food

since i dont think i can swallow their nasi anymore

we went to airport early 14th to catch our 8.00am flite to KL

safely landed at lcct..

he spent his christmas there

he did some shopping

i get 3 new cloths for hari raya..yeayyy..

coz others only get one each

hubby bought brownies..actually i told him to buy kartika sari

well u know, guys never care on branding

for them any brownies will do

as long it is from bandung

blueberry cheese cake for hubby 28th bday

well,ari ni bday en suami..so mlm td aku wat la blueberry cheesecake..the taste is quite ok (hubby puji ok!),tp the look mmg x nampak sedap..hahahahha..sbb aku xde blueberry filling utk ltk on the top,so aku letak blueberry jam..

salam..ari ni tetibe jer rs sayu bile muhasabah diri sendiri..ntah,aku pun x tau sebenanya apa ada dlm fikiran sendiri..mungkin sbb memikirkan kematian yg bile2 jer boleh terjadi..ker sbb imaginasi aku terlalu jauh...kadang2 bile ddk sorg2,aku terfikir,kalau lah suatu hari nnt hubby aku dah xde,sape la peneman jiwa lara aku ni...dapat ker aku cr pengganti seperti dia?i dont think so..sbb my relationship with hubby is more than marriage,he's my bestfren,teman aku bergossip,pengkritik fesyen aku,yg menemankan aku kalau nk shopping lama2,n tlg jaga anak2 if aku nk b alone,yg masak utk aku kalau aku xde mood nk msk..yg menyapu n mop lantai(semenjak aku kawen,aku x penah pun menyapu n mop..sbb aku alergik pd debu tahap dewa..)..

mcm2 lg la kebaikan hubby ni..mmg pilihan aku adalah tepat..sbb sebelum kawen,mmg aku ade bbrp kawan lelaki..sorry,hubungan kt hanya sbgai kawan,x lebih dr itu n aku pun xleh imagine nk hidup bsama lelaki yg aku dah anggap sbgai kawan..n skrg ni dieorg pun tgh heppy with their own life..dah beranak pinak..n im heppy coz u found ur true love just like me...n semoga kebahagian kt ni kekal selama2 nya..

cuma nk include ckit,aku x faham bile kenapa org yg dah kawen ni ade scandal kat luar..mmg berlaku depan mata..aku kesian kat pasangan dieorg..x fikir ker perasaan pasangan tu?bukan ker balik umah tgk muka pasangan sendiri?x malu ker?xde rs bersalah?ntah..aku xde jawapan..mudah2han kt dijauhkan dr perkara2 yg x brp senonoh n x sihat ni..ingat ms akad nikah,kt dah berjanji sehidup semati bsama pasangan masing2...

gluteal muscle pain

Salam u allz...lama jer rs x update blog..bz mengalahkan menteri...hehehhee..well, topik hari ni gluteal muscle pain..sape2 yg study ortopedik mst dah tau..hehehehe....ok,aku nk story psl what had happen to my hubby...

sila surf the net utk tahu gluteal muscle pain tu ape,cam payah nk xplain medic jargon nih...

ari tu ms aku pregnant hadi..dlm 9bln n nk tggu bsalin,hubby dah start cuti...lama gak die cuti...so,sblm aku abis pantang aritu,die start kj balik...btw,keje laki aku senang je,training n main hoki walaupun die tentera...heheheeh..aku kadang2 cam payah gak nk story nature keje die..tp tu la kj die..training hoki,n if ader game,die main la game...kalau xde kj,ddk kat umah...

so bile die start training, xmain2 nye...coz sit up 500 kali..tu x msk turun naik tangga..coz coach tu adalah coz utk pasukan hoki kebangsaan..n laki aku plak jenis skema n lurus..turun2 training jer die wat gak sungguh2 500 times...kalu aku,nk wat sit up 20 kali pun termengah2 kot..hehehhee...

setelah die buat tu 3 hari berturut2,bdn pun rs sakit2...die ingat sakit2 sengal biasa...so g la urut kat chow kit...n sadly,after urut terus xleh bergerak...damn serious..mmg xleh gerak...bile die bgtau,kepala aku ni terlintas je soalan "laki aku lumpuh ker????"  very takut sbb ms tu aku dlm pantang dgn si hadi plak meragam..uhuhuhuu..mmg dugaan terhebat sepanjang aku kawen ni...

ms tu bleh gagah lagi,dah pg bw klinik,cucuk ubat thn sakit,ok leh gerak..then g hosp angkatan tentera 2x...tu pun same,cucuk ubat thn sakit,pastu bleh balik umah...then ade sekali tu,sepanjang mlm xleh gerak bdn langsung, then decide bw xray g tawakal hosp..coz rawatan terlalu mahal,g hkl,kat hkl,doc tu bg morphin..giler siot sbb trs leh angkat kaki n doc bg option nak stay hkl atau balik umah...

then ktrg check his insurance, luckily...insurance leh cover so ktrg g putra medical centre,sg buloh...lastly wat treatment situ dlm 10 days, n the bill is rm8k+...tp mmg berbaloi coz dr xleh gerak trs bleh gerak n jln sendiri...Alhamdulillah

last thurs, g checkup,doc tu really impress with his progress..n he decide nk terbitkan his story in medic journal..coz doc tu bgtau treatment ni 1st time die buat kat pmc n rsnye 1st time in msia...

hikmah disebalik kejadian:
1.kalau rs sengal bdn, jgn p urut terus...sbb muscle boleh pecah just like what had happen to my hubby
2.family support is very important sbb pesakit ilang keupayaan bdn n perlukan moral support
3.jgn lupa belilah insurans...utk diri n family

yg aku perasaan semua doc ortopedik tu akan tnye kat mr hubby "dr 1 hingga 10 ape awk rs?"(me n hubby siap gelak2 lg bile denga every doc tnye) ingatkan saje2 tnye,rupenye semua doc tnye gitu,so aku leh simpulkan ms dieorg blaja dulu,mst lect dieorg tnye soalan ni..hehehehe...mcm kalau wat accounting kt mst la nk tau year end,cm tu gak la kot...

so lps ni sape2 yg mengalami kesakitan sprt mr.hubby,silelah bgtau, nnt aku bg no doc tu...
